Ry to adjust the spacing between the pens, or the pen gripper may be broken. The order of using knives and pens is reversed; Perhaps the pen grabber is broken, the pen is not properly placed, or the tip length is incorrect. Display’PAPER CUT ERROR'; it may be that the blade is too blunt to cut the paper, or the pen gripper is broken and the pen is not placed back on the fixed end. After replacing the pen gripper, adjust the spacing between the pens.
